How far in advance should I reach out for a trip?
A good rule of thumb is to reach out 6-9 months before you're hoping to travel. This allows us to ensure that we have plenty of time to craft a vacation that is tailored for you.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I make changes to the proposal?
Our goal is always to get things perfect on the first proposal, but we want to ensure that your dream vacation is exactly that, your dream vacation! Both The Complete Package and The Blueprint offer a number of revisions to your initial proposal. After you've used up the revisions provided within the service you chose, there is an opportunity for you to request additional revisions for $25/revision.
Do you book flights?
Due to the nature of the airline industry, we currently book only business and first-class flights for our clients. This service is available exclusively with The Complete Package. If you're interested in having Paradise Falls Travel Co. handle your air booking for a trip planned via The Blueprint, please inquire with your advisor for more information.
Do you offer travel insurance?
Paradise Falls Travel LLC is NOT an insurance broker. However, we do believe that travel is one the greatest investments that you can make, and should be protected as such. We provide a travel insurance quote through our trusted and vetted partners to ALL of our clients, and we highly encourage you to purchase some type of travel protection. If you choose to remove the travel insurance from the proposal prepared for you, you will be required to sign a waiver acknowledging that you've declined the coverage.
Are payment plans available?
Yes! As we've mentioned before, we believe that travel is an investment. Because of this we work with our clients to create a payment plan that works for you and enables you to experience that vacation you've been dreaming of. It is important to know due dates for the deposit and final payment are non-negotiable and set by our global partners. We will work with you to create a payment plan within those dates that works for you.
*Please note that we do not offer payment plans for the Consulting & Concierge Retainer. This is nonrefundable and due prior to the proposal of your trip.

What if I want to make changes after the itinerary is finalized?
We completely understand that life happens and sometimes changes are needed. Once a proposal is approved and the itinerary is finalized we will do our best to accommodate the changes you request. Oftentimes the ability to make changes is subject to availability and the partners that we book your trip through. In addition, there will be an additional fee to make changes to an itinerary after it has been finalized.
